Cancellation Policy
At The Trinity Practice we know sometimes patients have to cancel appointments. Should this be the case we ask that you give us as much notice as possible and a minimum of 24 hours notice so that this appointment can be allocated to another patient.
We would also ask you to be mindful that when a patient does not attend their appointment it is also a loss of revenue for the health professional and the clinic.
We will always try to confirm your appointment 24 hours before by text or email, therefore giving you and the practice time for any changes.
If you do not attend or fail to give the minimum of 24 hours notice, we will charge a cancelled appointment fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
Home visits are available to people whose disability precludes them from gaining access to the practice. There is no additional charge for this service, although it is limited to a travel distance of three miles from the practice.
